Gestalt mit menschlichem Körper und dem Kopf eines Stieres. Ging aus der Vereinigung von Minos’ Frau Pasiphaë und dem weißen Stier hervor. Theseus
Sohn des Aigeus, dem König von Athen. Theseus absolvierte in seinem Leben große Herausforderungen und Prüfungen. Durch die Tötung des Minotauros befreite er seine Heimatstadt Athen von den Menschenopfern, die diese an den Dämon leisten mussten. Bei seiner Rückkehr setzte Theseu das flasche, schwarze Segel, so dass sein Vater dachte, er sei gefallen und sich ins Meer stürtzte. ARIADNE
Tochter des kretischen Königs Minos und seiner Gattin Pasiphaë, Tochter des Sonnengottes Helios. Sie verliebte sich in Theseus und half ihm, den Minotauros zu besiegen. Nach dieser Tat floh sie gemeinsam mit ihrer Schwester Phaidra, der späteren Gemahlin von Theseus, auf die Insel Naxos. Dort trennten sich Theseus von ihr. Faden der Ariadne. Mit Hilfe des Fadens fand Theseus den Weg durch das Labyrinth, in dem sich der Minotauros befand. DAIDALOS
Architekt des Labyrinths. Er gab Ariadne den Tipp mit dem Faden. Zur Strafe wurde er zusammen mit seinem Sohn Ikarus in das leerstehende Labyrinth eingesperrt und entkam später mit ihm, indem er für beide Flügel aus Federn und Wachs baute.
